About this role
Position Details: Work Schedule: 5 days per week (Can vary Monday through Saturday) Sundays Off Time: 6pm to 3am (Night Shift) Pay Rate: $22–$28 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. The Fish Cutter position will perform the following duties: Utilizes hand tools to cut fish portion control cuts to specifications. Monitors quality control and sanitation. Other duties as assigned.
