 JOB SUMMARY The Market PM Lead is a strategic partner to the Commercial leads and Brand stakeholders in the local affiliate. This role leads the planning, coordination, and execution of all Store Design projects within the market.   The role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, budgets, timelines, vendor management, and stakeholder alignment to ensure high-quality in-store experiences that align with regional and global brand standards. This position also acts as the primary liaison with the RDDC APAC & TRWW team in Singapore.   The lead will report into the VP of PM, RDDC APAC & TRWW based in Singapore, with an additional matrix reporting line to the Commercial lead in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Store Design Support business and brand growth by leading on-time delivery of high quality, on budget executions for store opening. Drive alignment with local Brand stakeholders across SD initiatives. Manage Capex budget planning and cost management in partnership with local business partners and finance. Initiate PRF processes and coordinate communication between the Design team in Singapore and local Commercial and Brand stakeholders. Manage purchase order (PO) processes related to SD projects. Develop and manage project timelines. Partner with Singapore team and IP to drive CAPEX budget and cost. Ensure execution quality standard and feedback. Coordinate local material matching and ensure alignment with standards. Lead RFQ processes, vendor selection, bidding, and execution quality control in partnership with IP teams. Provide technical expertise in the implementation of design to achieve cost optimization. Review technical drawings for Tier 2 projects and below. Manage store maintenance budgets and related operational costs. Oversee minor retrofit projects and manage associated costs. Ensure post-installation reporting and maintain accurate project documentation and data libraries. Maintain record of store photos of new opening/renovation. Maintain fixture storage catalogues and inventory records.   KEY MEASUREMENTS Positive stakeholder feedback - management, peers, visitors Ensure all communications is maintained to reflect Company's standards All deadlines are met All matters dealt with quickly and professionally All procedures and policies adhered to Qualifications 
 QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in retail project management, store planning, visual merchandising, or event execution. Strong understanding of retail operations, VM standards, and construction or fit-out processes. Experience managing budgets, vendors, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
