If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you. The Financial Analyst is a member of the Transfer Pricing group reporting to the Senior Director of Transfer Pricing. This role will work in collaboration with other functional groups within the Tax Department, as well as the broader Finance organization and relevant business units. This position is based in Irving, Texas and is an in-person role with a hybrid working model. The candidate is expected to work from the Irving office as needed, with flexibility to work remotely in accordance with the Company’s hybrid work guidelines. The primary responsibilities of this position include: Design an AI feasibility evaluation methodology to be used by leadership to evaluate proposed AI and automation projects within the department Assist with the preparation of transfer pricing reports and related documentation, including data gathering, financial analysis, transaction summaries, and support for functional analysis interviews. Support the valuation of intercompany transactions, legal entity activities, business operations, and other tax-relevant arrangements. Assist with benchmarking analyses related to effective tax rate, cash tax position, transfer pricing outcomes, profitability, and other tax and financial metrics against industry peers. Prepare and maintain financial models and analytical workpapers to support transfer pricing, business valuation, and tax planning projects, including the development of an ROI tracking methodology for AI and automation spend within the department. Assist with the preparation of country-by-country (“CbyC”) report, CbyC notifications, and applicable OECD local file reports. Assist with the collection, organization, and analysis of internal and external financial data used in transfer pricing documentation, planning, audit defense, and tax reporting. Support tax technology and automation projects by helping define metrics, gather data, validate outputs, and document business impact. Assist with ad-hoc tax projects involving transfer pricing, cash tax forecasting, industry benchmarking, business valuation, and tax department analytics. Assist with tax technology, data analytics, and process improvement projects designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of tax operations. Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. Academic concentration, coursework, internship experience, or demonstrated interest in business valuation, financial analysis (particularly with regard to technology businesses or assets), economics, or corporate finance. Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, and written/oral communication skills. Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and summarize large volumes of financial data. Ability to work collaboratively across Tax, Finance, and business teams. Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn complex tax and financial concepts. Experience with DCF and WACC valuations required, knowledge of business intelligence tools, ERP systems, Alteryx, Power BI, or AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus.
