Identify, validate, and refine high value AI use cases through stakeholder engagement, customer insights, data analysis, and experimentation. Translate emerging AI capabilities—including LLMs, agentic workflows, and multimodal AI—into practical product solutions with clear business outcomes. Prioritize product backlogs by balancing impact, feasibility, regulatory considerations, and user experience.
