The Opportunity: We are looking for a skilled Regulatory Reporting Professional to drive end-to-end delivery of regulatory reporting solutions and reporting transformation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with global stakeholders to design, implement, and optimise regulatory reporting processes, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements while enhancing data quality, controls, and operational efficiency across reporting frameworks. Your Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, high-integrity solutions while building a mature practice and driving a culture of accountability and operational excellence. Regulatory Delivery & Governance: Lead end-to-end execution and sign-off for U.S. and global regulatory filings (including MTL, capital adequacy, liquidity, ICAAP, and balance sheet reporting). Licensing Strategy & Framework Setup: Assess new licensing requirements across jurisdictions and design end-to-end reporting frameworks, templates, and operational processes from scratch. Control Architecture & Audit Readiness: Enforce maker-checker protocols, robust audit trails, and sign-off governance to maintain continuous audit readiness and mitigate operational risk across all reporting lines. Process Automation & Platform Scalability: Spearhead process optimization and automation using SQL, Python, and modern data platforms to eliminate manual effort, standardize workflows, and improve scalability. Business Alignment: Partner with business leaders to translate strategic requirements into scalable platform solutions and drive agile delivery for existing and new offerings.
