Repair and Overhaul Shop Coordinator

Title: Repair and Overhaul Shop Coordinator Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! Under minimal supervision, coordinates and expedites the flow of Repair Units and Assemblies. Work with Production Control, Material Management, Contract Services and Shop Management to maintain efficient cycle time and resolve Shipment Holds and Escalations. Daily PC use, and data systems access. Generate reports to understand workflow and schedule requirements. Able to perform requirements given through verbal, written and electronic communication methods. Performs other duties as assigned to include assisting with the organization's daily logistical operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.   Review Order information for outbound shipments to internal customers based on needs. Ensures on-time delivery of goods to customers by investigating and resolving detention issues. Roles and Responsibilities Communicate through verbal and electronic media to resolve, escalate, and expedite, Holds and Priorities in support of the Manufacturing Shop Floor. Daily Tracking and Reporting of Workflow. Physical movement of Aircraft Assembly Units to maintain Workflow.

Must be a U.S. Citizen. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Ability to comfortably lift 35 pounds. Ability to load, unload, and move materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.

1 year Logistics, Expediting, Order Fulfillment Experience. Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements such as FAR 45.245-1 and industry best practices. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
