Northrop Grumman Business Management is seeking a Principal Budget Analyst (Level 3) in a Business Management functional role to support the cross-functional activities. This position will be onsite/in office at El Segundo, CA. The successful applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Sector Business Management supporting Budgets, Rates and Overhead Management (BROM). Candidate will work with the BROM team as well as other departments to meet the financial goals and objectives of the organization. Position will support Functional Business Management with overseeing and coordinating all aspects of an organization of approximately 1800 employees including Indirect expense planning and monitoring, direct allocations, capital and NCTA budgeting/tracking, time charging and compliance policy guidance, manpower forecasting, support resource requirements, and other Business Management activities. Ideal candidate must be self-motivated and have strong interpersonal skills. Oral and written communication skills are very important factors to the successful execution of job responsibilities. Successful candidate will need very strong technical skills with Excel, analytical and organizational skills, and will need to feel confident interfacing with all levels of management (VPs, Directors, Managers, and Technical Staff).

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with 3 years of relevant experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word) Ability to work on-site at one of the US NG El Segundo Site Oral and written communication skills Strong analytical and organizational skills Experience with SAP/S4 Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles Demonstrated ability to effectively participate in team projects   Clearances : Ability to obtain – not required to start Location: El Segundo, CA Primary Level Salary Range: $85,600.00 - $128,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
