Sealed Air is looking for a Customer Service Partner in Penang! Based in our Fagerdala plant in Prai, the job scopes are:

To act as company's first point of contact with assigned key customers on customer service. To process customer's purchase order & prepare shipping documents. To liaise with production planner on order acknowledgement, production schedule & schedule changes. To ensure on time process of activities such as customer order/re-scheduled, timely shipment & billing. To coordinate with Logistic Department on shipment & delivery to the customers To coordinate on customer goods return & process the necessary documents such as temporary DO, Credit & Debit notes To handle customer enquiries & complaints. To manage customer stock level & forecast loading To monitor the performance of customer service officer and provide coaching when necessary To prepare weekly and monthly sales report To perform other tasks as assigned by superior. Qualifications

At least SPM/Diploma in related field At least 1-2 years of working experience in customer service/marketing/sales/administration activities Good customer service, communication & interpersonal skills Good team player & problem solving skills Computer literate.
