This role is ideal for someone who has direct experience leading organizational transformation and is passionate about helping companies evolve in response to globalization, changing workforce dynamics, AI, and automation. You will help shape the structures, capabilities, operating models, and ways of working that enable Generac’s continued growth and success.
What You Will Do
Lead organization design and operating model initiatives that align structure, talent, and business strategy. Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to improve accountability, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness. Design future-state organizational structures, governance models, roles, workflows, and workforce strategies. Analyze workforce, organizational, and talent data to deliver actionable business insights. Support enterprise transformation initiatives across functions, business units, and geographies. Help leaders think differently about work, capabilities, and organization design in an increasingly AI-enabled environment. Build tools, frameworks, dashboards, and practical resources that help HR and business leaders make better organization and talent decisions.

You may be a great fit if you: Have experience leading organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, operating model, or transformation initiatives. Have worked in a global, matrixed, rapidly growing, or highly complex organization. Can translate business strategy into practical organization design solutions. Are comfortable influencing senior leaders and facilitating complex organizational discussions. Bring strong analytical, consulting, project management, and change leadership capabilities. Are energized by the future of work and the impact of AI and automation on work, roles, teams, and capabilities.
