**_About This Role_**

+ Performing quality planning activities including development of First Article Inspection \(FAI\) plans\.

+ Participates in process improvement activities through monitoring, root cause investigations, data analysis\.

+ Support Quality processes in receiving, receiving inspection, assembly, test and shipping areas\.

+ Analyze production results/inspection data and present findings to the team\.

+ Prepare reports on and present to factory managers, data related to Quality priorities, nonconformances, focus areas, and key issues\.

+ Track and report on key Quality Engineering activities to ensure proper and timely execution, work with team to improve performance\.

+ Interfaces with internal organizations and systems in performance of the assigned Quality Engineering functions\.

**_Qualifications_**

+ Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field\.

+ Knowledge of statistical techniques and applications\.

+ Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks\.

+ Effective written and oral communication skills, good interpersonal skills\.

+ This position requires an individual to be a U\.S citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance
