A Day in the Life The Surgical Innovations (SI) business focuses on technologies that support surgeons and operating room teams across a range of surgical procedures. This portfolio includes intraoperative imaging, navigation, and other enabling technologies designed to support procedural efficiency, clinical decision-making, and patient care. The Senior Marketing, Surgical Innovations role supports the development and execution of marketing strategies, commercial initiatives, and product launch activities across the Surgical Innovations portfolio in South Korea. The position partners closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to drive market development, customer engagement, and business growth. As Senior Marketing, Surgical Innovations, this position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support growth across the Surgical Innovations portfolio in South Korea. The role works closely with Sales, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Training & Education teams to identify market opportunities, support product commercialization, strengthen customer engagement, and deliver business objectives. Primary Responsibilities : Develop and execute marketing plans to support business growth across the Surgical Innovations portfolio. Lead product launch activities, including commercialization planning, market readiness, and stakeholder coordination. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and support business planning. Partner with Sales teams to drive market development initiatives, customer engagement programs, and revenue growth. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, hospital stakeholders, and other customers to support product adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Clinical, and Training & Education to execute business priorities. Monitor backorders and supply-related issues, assess potential business impact, and communicate updates and mitigation plans to Sales teams. Manage projects, budgets, timelines, and resources to support marketing and commercial objectives. Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience within the medical device industry. Experience supporting product marketing, market development, product launches, or commercialization activities. Demonstrated experience collaborating with Sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications : Experience supporting surgical devices, surgical technologies, intraoperative imaging, navigation systems, or related medical equipment portfolios. Knowledge of surgical procedures, operating room workflows, and hospital purchasing environments. Experience engaging with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and hospital stakeholders. Experience conducting market analysis and translating customer insights into business strategies. Experience managing new product launches within the healthcare or medical device industry.
