For our „ Large Electric Power Solutions (LEPS) “ department, we´re looking for a NPI Team Leader – Electric Power Controls & Hybrid Solutions Location: Mannheim Your responsibilities as part of our team: Lead cross-functional global teams in the development and implementation of Electric Power Control Systems and Hybrid Solutions Manage multiple New Product Introduction (NPI) and technology development programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets Drive program planning, execution, risk management, and resource coordination across international teams and stakeholders Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Service, and external partners to deliver innovative customer-focused solutions Identify product improvement opportunities and support the development of future technologies for the energy transition Communicate project progress, recommendations, and results to key stakeholders and senior leadership Your profile – what you should bring: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Several years of experience in product development, program management, or new product introduction within a technical environment Knowledge of electric power systems and a strong understanding of engineering, manufacturing, commercial, and business processes Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and successfully deliver complex projects Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and a continuous learning mindset in a fast-paced global environment Very good German and English language skills (C1 level).
