Where You’ll Make a Difference Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of transportation planning, freight order management, and carrier selection. Conduct business workshops, gather requirements, and configure SAP TM functionalities including freight planning, carrier selection, freight settlement, and transportation execution. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, and ERP teams to deliver integrated end-to-end transportation solutions. Lead testing, user training, cutover activities, and provide expert support for issue resolution and continuous process improvements. Integrate SAP TM with other core modules like EWM, SD, MM, and external carrier networks. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or any other related discipline. Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM) and logistics execution processes. Hands-on experience in transportation planning, freight order management, carrier management, freight costing, freight settlement, and SAP TM integration with SAP S/4HANA/EWM. Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP TM implementations, enhancements, and support projects using SAP best practices and SAP Activate methodology. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and leadership skills with experience working in global and cross-functional project environments. How Would You Stand Out?
