Head of Partnerships

The Head of Partnerships & Ecosystem is accountable for building, governing and scaling a strategic partner ecosystem that directly accelerates revenue growth, strengthens competitive differentiation, and expands market reach across the UK and Europe. This role owns the end-to-end partnership lifecycle—working with Product leads to identify strategy and partner selection (where applicable), through commercial structuring and contracting, to performance governance and risk management—ensuring partnerships translate into pipeline, wins, retention, and sustainable margin. The focus is on deliberate, high-impact partnerships aligned to the product roadmap and European expansion plan—not opportunistic integrations.
