Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Automation Manager to lead the automation systems team responsible for the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of our automated warehouse operations. This is your opportunity to work with leading technologies—from SAP EWM and WMS to robotics, AGV/AMR systems, and advanced control infrastructure—while managing projects that drive efficiency and innovation across the plant. What You’ll Do for us Lead the Warehouse Automation Systems team to ensure safe, reliable support for warehouse and logistics operations. Maximize system uptime through rapid issue resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Oversee lifecycle management and performance optimization for automation systems, including WMS, SAP EWM, robotics, AGVs, AMRs, SCADA, databases, and server infrastructure. Deliver automation projects from concept and design through implementation, commissioning, and operational handover. Partner with cross-functional teams—production, logistics, IT, and engineering—to align systems with operational needs. Support vendor relationships and manage technology partners to deliver effective, compliant solutions. Champion continuous improvement, using performance metrics to increase throughput, accuracy, and equipment availability. What We’re Looking For Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related technical discipline. 5+ years’ experience in automation, warehouse systems, or process control within manufacturing or logistics. Proven leadership in managing automation or technical operations teams. Expertise across warehouse automation technologies: WMS, SAP EWM, robotics, AGVs/AMRs, middleware, SCADA, industrial networks, and virtualized environments. Strong troubleshooting and root cause problem-solving skills. Experience leading automation projects, from requirements to commissioning and handover. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly for diverse stakeholders. Analytical, data-driven decision-making approach combined with adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
