The 2027 Campus Program-Lilly Suzhou Manufacturing Trainee program offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain foundational experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing within Eli Lilly and Company's state-of-the-art Suzhou facility. This program is designed to develop future leaders in manufacturing through hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of drug production. Job Responsibilities * Participate in a structured rotational program across different manufacturing departments, including but not limited to production, quality, engineering, and technical service. * Learn and apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory guidelines to ensure product quality and compliance. * Assist senior staff in executing manufacturing processes, monitoring equipment performance, and troubleshooting operational issues. * Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for efficiency gains and waste reduction. * Prepare and review manufacturing documentation, including batch records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and deviation reports. * Engage in continuous learning and development activities, attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions. * Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards. * Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety within the workplace. * Present project findings and progress to mentors and management as part of the trainee development program. Job Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related scientific/engineering discipline, graduating in 2027. * Strong academic record. * Demonstrated interest in a career in pharmaceutical manufacturing. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse groups. * Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow. * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. * Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical setting is a plus.
