About the Team
Enterprise Services and Public Affairs seeks to enhance and protect the reputation of Citi, its businesses and the brand through direct and indirect communication with Citi's various stakeholders, including our colleagues. The Global Communications team is a nimble group in Enterprise Services and Public Affairs that covers a broad scope of responsibilities, ranging from executive communications and public engagements to quarterly earnings and corporate reputation programs as well as communications that support our lines of business. The nature of the work provides a dynamic environment where members of the team serve as company spokespeople to media, drive engagement with colleagues and develop external and internal digital communications for a global workforce of more than 200,000 colleagues. Within Citi, the team works with many internal partners, including senior leadership, and regularly coordinates closely with other members of the Enterprise Services and Public Affairs team across the world. Experiential Design er , Creative and Media Services - Vice President Job Summary Citi's Creative and Media Services team is looking for a designer who lives for the big moment — someone who gets genuinely excited when the stakes are highest and the whole firm is watching. In this role you will support the design and production of high-quality presentations, event visuals, and live experience content that support Citi's most visible communications — from investor days and leadership forums to firmwide town halls and executive events. T he VP , Experiential Design will work closely with production, editorial, and communications partners to ensure that every moment — on screen, on stage, or in a room — is visually compelling, brand-consistent, and purpose-built for its audience. The ideal candidate is a skilled visual communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that great design in a live or high-stakes context requires equal parts craft, precision, and adaptability. Responsibilitie s Design and produce high-quality presentations for senior leadership, executive communications, investor events, client forums, and firmwide moments — translating complex information into clear, compelling visual narratives. Develop event visuals and live experience content including stage graphics, motion elements, digital signage, environmental displays, and run-of-show supporting materials for key communications events. Partner closely with the VP, Lead Designer, and SVP, Creative Lead to ensure visual design is fully integrated into the creative and production approach for each event or experience. Collaborate with Communications colleagues across business lines and functions to understand event objectives , audience expectations, and key messages — and translate those into effective visual design solutions. Maintain and evolve a suite of branded presentation templates, event graphic systems, and reusable visual assets that can be deployed efficiently across productions. Ensure all experiential design deliverables meet Citi's brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and technical specifications for the relevant presentation or event platform. Manage multiple concurrent design workstreams across live events, presentation projects, and event content development, communicating proactively with the Production Coordinator on timelines and priorities.
