EchoPark Centennial is looking for a Lead Technician/Shop Foreman to help drive our growing Recon operation to the next level! What You’ll Do: Start each day by organizing and setting up the team for success Assign work and keep the shop running efficiently Help develop and mentor technicians Maintain a positive, high-energy culture Diagnose and repair vehicles alongside your team when needed Be a leader that others want to work for and learn from We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, believes in teamwork, and wants to build something great.
