As a Senior Recruiter at KLA , you will serve as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders, partnering closely with hiring teams to attract, engage, and hire world-class talent across both technical and non-technical functions. You will support hiring across Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, and other key business areas. Strategic Talent Partnership Partner with business leaders to align workforce plans with organizational goals and hiring strategies. Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, compensation trends, and competitive hiring data. Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recruiting strategies and talent market expertise. Consult with hiring managers on organizational design, talent assessment, and workforce planning needs. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Full-Cycle Recruiting Lead recruiting efforts from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding support. Develop targeted sourcing and recruitment strategies for both technical and non-technical positions. Conduct candidate assessments, screening interviews, and qualification reviews. Facilitate interview processes, feedback calibration, and stakeholder alignment. Partner with HR and business leaders on offer strategy, negotiations, and closing candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Talent Pipeline Development Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
