Electrification Integration Section Manager

The Electrification Integration Section Manager in Con Edisons Customer Clean Energy Programs (CCEP) group leads efforts to make the electrification of buildings more affordable for customers, improve the customer experience to adopt heat pumps, and strengthen internal Company processes related electrification as it relates to safety, reliability, and the broader customer experience. They will achieve the above outcomes through insightful research efforts and driving process improvements. They will partner with teams within CCEP, like program delivery and stakeholder engagement teams, and internal teams across the Company, like Rate Engineering, Energy Services, Customer Operations, Digital Products, Commodity Forecasting, Strategic Planning, and Gas Engineering among others. This role is on the front lines of driving the clean energy transition; specifically helping customers electrify buildings and better preparing Con Edison to deliver an electrified future.
