Job Description
Own the Sirion CLM post-implementation roadmap, including enhancements, releases, adoption, governance, process maturity, reporting improvements, and business value realization. Lead the onboarding of new business verticals, geographies, contract types, user groups, and operating units onto the Sirion CLM platform. Set up and run a CLM competency center that provides functional governance, solution design guidance, process standards, configuration oversight, user enablement, reporting support, and continuous improvement discipline. Engage legal, procurement, sales, finance, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather enhancement needs, prioritize demand, define business cases, and convert requirements into actionable Sirion CLM change initiatives. Own functional solution design for enhancements across contract intake, authoring, clause and template management, negotiation, approvals, e-signature, repository, obligations, reporting, dashboards, renewals, and post-signature governance. Translate enhancement requirements into functional design documents, configuration workbooks, user stories, acceptance criteria,
