AWS CMHK is seeking an **Agentic AI Enterprise Business Transformation Lead** to help enterprise customers in China transition from "using AI as a tool" to "systematic deployment of AI agents as digital workforce." This role combines deep business transformation expertise with strategic consulting capability — able to engage CXOs on Agentic AI transformation strategy while also hands-on architecting Agent systems and driving production deployment. You will serve enterprise customers as both an "external AI transformation advisor" and a "delivery enabler": opening executive conversations with industry insights, converting observers into adopters through technical validation, securing business commitment with production-grade solutions, and building long-term partnerships through platform-level services. Key job responsibilities 1. Strategic Advisory & Executive Engagement - Lead Agentic AI transformation conversations with C-Suite / LoB executives, reframing enterprise customer perception from "AI is a tool" to "AI agents are your digital workforce" - Design enterprise Agentic AI business transformation POVs, AI maturity assessments, and transformation roadmaps covering technology architecture, organizational capability, and governance - Serve as a "technology-to-business translator" — understanding enterprise customer pain points in business language and connecting them to technical implementation paths - Embed AWS innovation culture methodologies into enterprise customer organizational capability building, driving "company-wide AI enablement + business restructuring" 2.
