As a Local NPI Engineer, you will provide on-site engineering support for all Assembly and Process issues The working place base at the factory in FXN Guadalajara, Mexico Escorting and Process Validation activities and DOEs Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products to meet project requirements Drive CMs to excellence in aspects of manufacturing process, quality management and HVM mindset What we need to see: B.Sc. or equivalent experience. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering 5+ years of relevant experience Experience in PCBA manufacturing, including knowledge of PCB design, SMT process, mechanical assembly and testing processes. Experience in leading projects with multiple CMs/vendors Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues during the product development process. Familiar with ICT / JTAG technology and/or functional tests Well-organized and detail-oriented. Excellent English, reading, writing, and presentation capabilities.
