 运营领导力发展计划项目旨在通过开展各种业务工作，发展参与者的领导能力和专业素质，为工厂培养未来的运营领导者。 项目计划参与者将会： 完成三年轮岗任务，具体轮岗会集中在制造工程、运营绩效、物料计划、质量和精益生产等方面。每任轮岗为期一年。 通过个人参与和团队合作，完成一些有意义的轮岗项目或任务，提高参与者的自身能力。 通过项目的专业培训和软性技能指导来获得发展。 通过轮岗，获得跨业务，跨地区的丰富工作经验和人际关系。 通过与高级领导团队接触的机会，来进一步规划长期职业发展道路。 Qualifications:
