The EMEA Commercial Education Trauma & Spine Lead plays a critical role in advancing clinical and commercial capabilities across the region. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development and execution of EMEA commercial education strategies aligned to Trauma & Spine business priorities • Design and implement education programs, including procedural training, product application, and clinical best practices for healthcare professionals and internal teams • Partner with commercial, marketing, and medical affairs teams to identify educational gaps and deliver targeted training solutions • Drive innovation in learning delivery, incorporating digital platforms and modern content approaches to enhance effectiveness and reach • Oversee regional education initiatives, including symposia, workshops, and professional conferences to support product adoption and brand strategy • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program impact and continuously improve education outcomes • Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and external partners to shape high-quality educational content • Provide leadership and guidance to education teams, fostering capability building and a culture of continuous learning • Ensure all education programs comply with regulatory and company standards, including on-label usage and governance requirements Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree required (Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare, or related field) • Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, or clinical qualification) preferred Experience and Skills: Required: • Significant
