The EMEA Commercial Education Trauma & Spine Lead plays a critical role in advancing clinical and commercial capabilities across the region. This leader will design and deliver impactful education strategies that enable healthcare professionals and commercial teams to effectively adopt innovative technologies and improve patient outcomes. The role offers the opportunity to shape regional education programs, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive measurable business impact through high-quality learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development and execution of EMEA commercial education strategies aligned to Trauma & Spine business priorities • Design and implement education programs, including procedural training, product application, and clinical best practices for healthcare professionals and internal teams • Partner with commercial, marketing, and medical affairs teams to identify educational gaps and deliver targeted training solutions • Drive innovation in learning delivery, incorporating digital platforms and modern content approaches to enhance effectiveness and reach • Oversee regional education initiatives, including symposia, workshops, and professional conferences to support product adoption and brand strategy • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program impact and continuously improve education outcomes • Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and external partners to shape high-quality educational content • Provide leadership and guidance to education teams, fostering capability building and a culture of continuous learning • Ensure all education programs comply with regulatory and company standards, including on-label usage and governance requirements Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree required (Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare, or related field) • Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, or clinical qualification) preferred Experience and Skills: Required: • Significant
