Position Overview: As our Design Engineering Intern, you will provide support for Design and Product Engineering tasks and projects in a team environment to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of these activities to meet customer expectations. Location: On-site in Euclid, Ohio Your Day to Day as a Design Engineering Intern:
Evaluate hardware discrepancies to contract requirements and design integrity with the intent of determining proper technical disposition and justification to customer. Generate and maintain computer models and drawings of component parts and assemblies. Interface with customers, engineers, and other functional departments in support of engineering department objectives. Other engineering tasks and responsibilities as required.
Required Qualifications
Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science program in Mechanical Engineering Knowledge and understanding of stress analysis Basic familiarity with engineering drawings and geometric tolerancing Strong verbal and technical writing skills Experience with Pro/E Creo CAD software preferred

Pay: $25.05 - $29.83 The base salary range for this position in Ohio (US-OH) at the start of employment is expected to be between $25.05 and $29.83 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits.
