Job Description
Summary You'll be the central orchestrator of transaction management excellence for a major client portfolio. This role combines strategic coordination, process innovation, and stakeholder leadership to transform how real estate transactions are managed and governed. You'll design governance frameworks, drive data excellence, and serve as the critical link between client leadership and JLL's service delivery teams. Working with significant autonomy, you'll leverage your expertise to standardize processes, elevate quality standards, and deliver real-time visibility into portfolio performance. What You'll Do
Design and implement governance frameworks that ensure excellence in portfolio strategy reporting, transaction pipeline management, and quality assurance across all deal phases Lead approval workflows across legal, finance, and operational stakeholders, proactively identifying bottlenecks and resolving issues before they impact timelines Drive data excellence by maintaining integrity in MRI lease administration systems and transaction trackers through validation protocols, regular audits, and quality checkpoints Serve as the primary liaison between the client's real estate organization and JLL service teams, building trust-based relationships across all seniority levels Monitor and coordinate transaction milestones end-to-end, independently resolving issues and ensuring timely completion of critical phases across multiple parties Develop and standardize templates and processes that accelerate deal cycles, reduce duplication, and create consistency across transaction management Prepare executive-level reporting that provides real-time visibility into deal status, portfolio risks, and critical decision points for senior leadership Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhanced service delivery and driving adoption of new standards across stakeholder groups What We're Looking For: Real estate expertise with solid understanding of transaction lifecycles, lease documentation, and portfolio management principles (real estate certification is a strong advantage) Advanced Excel proficiency including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis; VBA skills are a valuable asset Data management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail and ability to validate, analyze, and synthesize large volumes of information into actionable insights Strategic communication skills that enable you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from operational teams to C-suite executives Relationship-building excellence with proven ability to establish trust and credibility with both internal partners and external clients Independent judgment and autonomy to manage competing priorities, assess risks, make sound decisions, and escalate appropriately when strategic guidance is needed Process innovation mindset with track record of leading improvement initiatives and implementing change across diverse stakeholder groups Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus What we offer: Competitive Rewards & Benefits: Permanent contract, private healthcare,
