Data Analyst - Analytics & Automation Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite – 5 days a week) Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst - Analytics & Automation with a strong technical foundation and a passion for turning complex data into meaningful business outcomes. In this role, you will apply advanced analytics, automation, and problem-solving skills to improve operational workflows, enhance data quality, and support smarter decision-making. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, root causes, and opportunities for operational improvement Develop and maintain scalable Python-based solutions for data analysis, automation, and workflow optimization Write, optimize, and validate advanced SQL queries to support reporting, data integrity, and performance improvement Use advanced Excel capabilities, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling, to support business analysis and reporting needs Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions aligned to operational goals Identify manual, repetitive processes and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and data accuracy Deliver end-to-end analytics solutions, from data extraction and validation through insight generation and production support Support, enhance, and troubleshoot EMS platforms, including Leader and Trip Optimizer, through data monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement Build dashboards and visual analytics using Tableau or similar BI tools, where applicable, to improve visibility and decision-making Contribute to a culture of operational excellence through strong ownership, precision, and continuous improvement Qualifications 4-8 years of hands-on experience developing Python-based
