Overview We are seeking an experienced Sr. IT Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives and drive execution across a diverse portfolio of business and IT projects. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, functional leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executive leadership to successfully deliver complex, cross-functional technology programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, establishing effective governance processes, proactively managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery from business case development through deployment and stabilization. In addition to project execution, this role will play a key role in IT portfolio management, project prioritization, governance, and compliance initiatives. Essential Job Functions Project & Program Leadership Lead complex, enterprise-wide projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Develop project charters, business cases, funding requests, and ROI analyses to support executive decision-making. Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and risk registers. Manage project scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks, assumptions, and dependencies. Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews. Provide clear and concise project status reporting to business and IT leadership.
