Our Solutions Architecture team within Professional Services are experts in package customization and integration as well as total end-to-end solutions in targeted industry segments. After thorough consultation with our customers and careful analysis, we develop new IT systems or replace existing systems that support customers’ strategic, operational and financial goals. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect (On-Site) to lead complex customer architecture engagements and provide strategic technical leadership across AI, cloud, HPC, and enterprise infrastructure initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives, translating business objectives into scalable technology architectures that drive innovation, operational excellence, and business outcomes. You will work closely with customers, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders to design and guide the adoption of next-generation infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer architecture engagements from strategy through solution design and implementation guidance. Design end-to-end AI, cloud, HPC, and enterprise infrastructure solutions aligned with customer business and technical requirements. Act as the primary technical advisor for customer executives, architects, and program leaders. Develop reference architectures, solution blueprints, and transformation roadmaps that support current and future business objectives. Drive architectural reviews, technology assessments, and design workshops with customer stakeholders. Provide expert guidance on scalability, performance, resiliency, security, and operational readiness across complex infrastructure environments. Collaborate with engineering, product, services, and sales teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful delivery outcomes. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and business value creation. Lead technical risk assessments and mitigation strategies for large-scale transformation initiatives. Mentor architects and technical teams while promoting architecture best practices and governance standards.
Requirements
Extensive experience in solution architecture, infrastructure consulting, or enterprise technology leadership. Deep expertise in AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, HPC environments, and modern data center architectures. Strong understanding of distributed systems, computer, networking, storage, and workload optimization. Demonstrated ability to design complex, enterprise-scale technology solutions. Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical strategies. Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks, design methodologies, and governance practices. Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across large and complex customer engagements. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities. Ability to influence technical and business decisions across customers and internal organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience architecting AI factories, GPU-based infrastructure, or large-scale HPC environments. Knowledge of hybrid cloud, multicloud, and edge computing architectures. Experience supporting digital transformation or data center modernization initiatives. Industry certifications in cloud, enterprise architecture, or infrastructure technologies. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Essential Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer data center sites across EMEA (Mainly Nordics and Iceland), including extended onsite rotational periods as project demands require.
