Our opportunity: We are looking for a hands-on marketer to join RBI’s International Marketing team, supporting EMEA, APAC and Latin American and Caribbean regions. This role will focus primarily on Burger King and Popeyes brands, helping bring priority brand, communications and food initiatives to life across our international markets. You will manage defined projects from brief through development, production and handover, working closely with regional teams, co-lead markets, franchisees, agencies and cross-functional teams. Burger King will be the core focus, with opportunities to support Popeyes International projects as priorities evolve. You will help translate RBI International’s brand priorities into clear, culturally relevant marketing that markets can successfully activate. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week. Your roles and responsibilities: Manage key Burger King and Popeyes marketing and communications projects, including Cornerstones, Creative Councils, brand campaigns and activations, and priority brand initiatives. Build clear briefs and work closely with cross-functional teams and partner agencies to develop bold, effective creative work. Develop and roll out comprehensive marketing toolkits that empower local markets to effectively communicate the brand message and drive impact. Support strategic brand development for priority food platforms making sure product stories are clear, relevant and built to work across different markets. Work closely with regional teams, co-lead markets and franchisees throughout development. Bring their calendars, commercial priorities, local needs and activation requirements into the process, so the work is useful and ready for markets to adapt and launch. Spot and shape opportunities for Burger King and Popeyes to show up naturally in popular culture. Turn cultural, social and consumer insights into compelling brand stories and initiatives that keep our brands part of the conversations that matter. Own project plans, market and brand performance analysis, timelines, project budgets, approvals and feedback loops across multiple workstreams. Keep teams aligned, identify risks early and bring practical solutions that help work move forward. Your skills & experience: 5-8 years of experience in marketing, consumer communications, marketing agency or in a similar role withing FMCG/CPG or QSR industry. Experience managing integrated marketing projects from brief through production and market handover. Strong project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
