HR Shared Services Specialist I

Agency: Omnicom Corporate Job Function: People and Culture Job Subfunction: People and Culture Business Partner and Generalist Job Description: Performs routine assignments using existing procedures within a job discipline to solve routine or standard problems and generally receive instruction, guidance and direction from more experienced colleagues or supervisors. The position may require a degree, formal education, or relevant prior work experience.   This level may include individuals in entry level roles, typically graduates. Partners with senior leaders within assigned business units or regions to design and deliver medium‑ to long‑term People & Culture solutions aligned with business strategy and priorities. Anticipates workforce needs, organisational trends, and people implications, advising leadership on effective approaches across areas such as workforce planning, talent, performance, and employee experience. Designs, implements, and monitors a range of People & Culture programs and initiatives, working as a strategic generalist while drawing on support from centralised People & Culture operations and specialist teams (e.g. reward, talent, employee relations). Acts as a trusted advisor to the business, ensuring people practices are consistent, compliant, and aligned with organisational goals. 

 30 - 35K Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
