Job Family Definition: Responsible for the overall management of a service segment of significant scope and complexity at the country, region or worldwide level. Includes but is not limited to development, implementation and governance of product service or solution portfolio lifecycle management, revenue growth programs through the appropriate routes to market. Includes but is not limited to achieving revenue, profit and/or TCE goals for that segment/entity. Management Level Definition: Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.
Job Description
This role is pivotal within the organization as it serves as the single point of accountability for the Education business in the country. The ideal candidate must be a passionate, results-driven, innovative, capable of leading teams to success and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role carries full accountability for the order budget, P&L and will ensure strong alignment with key internal stakeholders such as HPE Pre Sales, BU Specialist, EAM/EAL, GreenLake and A&PS to drive both business results and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the Country Education business, driving development, growth, and management of the business. Align with internal and external stakeholders to position Education as an integral part of HPE’s overall solutions. Possess a deep understanding of market trends, cultural nuances, and emerging opportunities within the country, leveraging strong industry experience, particularly in the customer training sector. Drive go-to-market (GTM) initiatives such as Support & Technology Attach, GreenLake/aaS, and A&PS solution integration , and maximize business impact and efficiency of these initiatives. Develop key strategic accounts to build a recurring revenue stream from the training business, leveraging deep customer relationships and a solutions-oriented approach. Oversee complex, large-scale solutions, ensuring close alignment with Portfolio and Delivery teams to guarantee high quality, readiness, and profitable offerings. Work closely with Delivery & Portfolio to ensure that solutions are deployable, meet all necessary deliverables, and are aligned with customer requirements. Actively seek innovative solutions that complement and enhance HPE’s existing portfolio.
Education and Experience
Required: Minimum of 8- years’ experience within the education / training business. Ability to execute long-term strategies while adapting to short-term changes in the market. Customer-centric focus : A deep commitment to customer success, with a track record of overachieving on customer satisfaction metrics.
