Looking For We are looking for a Depositary Oversight Specialist . In this role, you will assist in the analysis of regulated and unregulated funds to fulfil depositary oversight duties . The range of activities is quite broad from daily to yearly conrtols. You will work closely with colleagues from different departments and different jurisdictions. What You Will Be Responsible For As a Depositary O versight Specialist, you will: Perform analysis of cash flow monitoring; Perform depositary oversight duties in accordance with UCITS and AIFMD regulations; Performn Due Diligence on 3 rd parties like Fund Administration or Transfer Agent; Perform oversight on investment compliance monitoring Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of operational and regulatory requirements. Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation initiatives, and operating model enhancements. Maintain relevant systems and databases and prepare internal and client reporting. Attend client meetings and support ongoing relationship management activities.
What We Value
These skills will help you succeed in this role: Strong knowledge of depositary oversight responsibilities and applicable regulatory frameworks, including UCITS and AIFMD. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to apply a risk-based approach and appropriately identify and escalate risk matters. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership. Experience in Fund Accouting / Custody / Investement Compliance would be considered an advantage . Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Experience within a bank, asset management company, law firm, audit firm, or similar financial services organization. Knowledge of UCITS and AIFMD Directives and related regulatory framework . Understanding of fund structures, governance, financial reporting, and investment lifecycle processes. Fluency in English; additional European languages would be considered an advantage. Additional Requirements Ability to support client meetings, due diligence exercises, and business development activities.
