About this role
This position supports the Global Fund Services billing processes for European markets. The person in this role will have direct operational responsibilities for invoice production, accounting, reconciliation and investigations including the review of key client invoices. This role also includes client query investigations, metrics reporting, performing billing system maintenance tasks, and assistance in process improvements, escalations and risk mitigation. In addition, this person will also be involved with projects such as enhancing internal controls, standard operating procedure writing, and user acceptance testing.
Key Responsibilities
