Title: Federal Contract Manager Location: Oxford, MS Other locations: East Alton, IL, Clayton, MO Salary: $92,100 - $138,000 Schedule: Monday-Friday, Onsite Relocation Available Website: Winchester.com Focus: The Federal Contract Manager is responsible for supporting the administration and compliance of U.S. Government contracts, from proposal development and contract execution through record retention and audit support. Federal Contract Manager Essential Job Functions: Review and administer federal contracts and related documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies, FAR, DFARS, and other legal requirements. Prepare and submit contract deliverables, correspondence, proposals, and other required documentation. Maintain accurate contract information and records within SAP and other systems in accordance with internal controls and record-retention requirements. Support contract negotiations, internal and external audits, and ongoing compliance activities. Represent Contracts on cross-functional teams and partner with internal stakeholders to meet contractual and customer requirements. Federal Contract Manager Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree*; Business or a related field preferred Minimum of five years supporting U.S. Government contracting, federal sales, or related experience. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc) Experience in SAP or related ERP systems, PIEE and Sam.Gov or preferred. Ability to travel 15% Location-Specific Requirements: Must possess a valid U.S. drivers license This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
