PCO Analyst The Opportunity: Manage the delivery of multiple project initiatives designed to enhance the services and level of support provided to client teams. Plan, organize, direct, control, and deliver all projects prioritized in alignment with the client team’s expectations and business needs. Support the client team by ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant invoice preparation and submission. This role works closely with program management, finance teams, and contract stakeholders to support responsibilities like reporting, risk management, and billing operations. You will work as part of a financial team within a program management office with both internal clients and infrastructure departments to resolve financial, contractual, and administrative issues. You'll manage, audit, and reconcile cost activity, including various cost components, such as labor, travel, and other direct costs. You'll leverage your experience working in a demanding and fast-paced environment, provide risk mitigation, and assist with analyzing business or financial analyses. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have:  5+ years of experience in a business, financial management, or accounting environment Experience with general project status report generation Experience with project financial controls Experience in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data manipulation Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications Ability to collaborate across teams and support stakeholders and work in fast-paced environment Ability to adhere to deadlines, produce routine deliverables, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and financial issues with a team Ability to obtain a Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have:  Experience supporting federal contracts, to include FMS contracts Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) Possession of strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
