Quality Assurance Engineer The Opportunity : When a user tries a new system, they expect it to be intuitive and run smoothly. Functionality, reliability, and user experience are key to successful information systems—and that means rigorous testing. That’s why we need you, an experience d quality assurance analyst who knows how to thoroughly test sof tware and ensure that our team releases the best system possible.   As a quality assurance engineer, you’ll work with analysts and develop ers on an agile team to evaluate features of a customer e nga gement and collaboration system.  You’ll develop and implement a test plan based on requirements and functional specifications. Using sof tware quality assurance, you’ll generate problem resolutions and track quality assurance standards to observe how the applications perform, then document the results and communicate defects to the develop ment team so they can start improving the tool. You’ll expand upon your experience in various types of testing, including manual, automated, usability, user acceptance testing, and testing process improvement. This is a chance to broaden your skills in documenting and solving system deficiencies, leading and mentoring others, estimating testing efforts, etc . This position is located in Atlanta, GA. You Have:   3+ years of experience with quality assurance testing Experience with manual, automation, and performance testing of applications on platforms like Micro sof t Power Pages,  ServiceNow, or Salesforce Experience with test case planning and building a regression test case set Experience with integration testing, regression testing, and supporting User Acceptance Testing ( UAT ) and End User Training ( EUT ) Experience with using agile project management tools like Jira, Jira Xray, and GitHub Experience with test automation and programming languages commonly used for testing such as Gherkin, C#, Java, Ruby, JavaScript, or Python Knowledge of sof tware testing met hodologies and best practices, REST API, and tools such as Postman Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelor's degree    Nice If You Have: Experience working on a scrum team Experience with testing applications on large-scale enterprise, low-code / no-code sof tware platforms Experience with SQL Experience demonstrating new functionality to stakeholders Knowledge of Scrum Met hodology Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client .

The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The
