We are seeking two highly motivated Human Resources Interns to join our team for the summer. This is an exciting opportunity for analytical, curious, and business-minded individuals who are interested in gaining hands-on HR experience while contributing to meaningful projects that support KLA's people and business strategies. As an HR Intern, you will partner with HR professionals and business leaders to lead or contribute to strategic HR initiatives. Through research, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving, you will develop insights and recommendations that help drive organizational effectiveness and employee success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or contribute to a significant HR project aligned with KLA's strategic priorities Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and develop recommendations Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and organizational effectiveness topics Partner with HR team members, managers, and employees to gather input and perspectives through interviews, focus groups, or surveys Develop and deliver presentations that communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to HR and business leaders Collaborate across functions and geographies to support project objectives and organizational priorities Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Strong interpersonal, consultative, and relationship-building capabilities Ability to work collaboratively with teams across functions and regions Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and commitment to continuous learning Customer-focused mindset with a results-oriented approach Ability to apply academic concepts and frameworks to
