What You’ll Do: Primary Duties. Assist in the approval of land-related capital requests. Develop comprehensive knowledge of assigned sites and establish a working rapport with operations. Handle all lease renewals, amendments, and all lessor communication. Assume primary responsibility for maintaining all leases and other agreements in good standing. Be able to produce and send out monthly real estate reports and provide reporting on current status of all assigned real estate projects in the Division. Manage owned parcels from in-servicing land assets to retirement of them. Support Post Mining Uses. Support the rehabilitation of sites to optimize post-operational use and disposition. Assist with divestiture of surplus properties. Support the Land Management Team. Support and contribute to the Land Management team and continually foster established Land Management Best Practices. Assist in administrative duties such as the paying on invoices, circulating documents for signatures, and assisting with the electronic filing of documents. Additional Responsibilities.
