Assistant Nursing Manager (RN) - Trauma

Job Shift: Days Job Type: Full Time Up to $20,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months. The Assistant Nurse Manager directs and supervises nursing care functions and activities for the purpose of ensuring the competent delivery of quality patient care. He/she implements, educates and ensures compliance with policies, procedures, standards and regulations for personnel, patients, medical staff, and the public. The Assistant Nurse Manager performs the duties of staff nurse as needed to support the nursing team.
