Human Resource Specialist – Europe & Pakistan

JOB SUMMARY: The HR Specialist shall provide proactive support to the HR Management team in the administration and proper maintenance of associate records and HRMS on a day-to-day basis and related human resource work relating to hiring, recruitment, training, compensation, promotion, termination, career development and/or retirement.

This position will be the first point of contact for Europe & Pakistan associates in operational HR matters.

He/she should also be aware and be kept abreast of the best market practices and updated with employment legislation to ensure Company HR practices are in compliance and work with their manager to update and maintain these policies
