We are actively recruiting high achieving individuals with customer and digital platforms experience with an expertise in multi-channel technology-enabled transformation projects/programmes within Financial Services.   The Technology Resilience & Digital Risk team in FS Technology Consulting is a new and rapidly growing team.  We help our clients to master their digital risk and resilience landscape which in turn enables them to drive confidence in their technology.  We do this through a range of several different types of solutions and services such as for example resilience assessments.  We focus on Resilience, Digital and Cyber Governance Risk and Compliance, Third Party Risk Management, AI and Data Risk and Internal Audit technical SMR support.   Your Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining both externally and internally recognised technical expertise in a number of the following areas:

-AI & Data Governance, Risk Management and Compliance         -Operational Resilience;         -IT and Cyber Risk Management/Transformation;         -Digital Resilience;         -IT Internal Audit technical SMR support;         -Third-Party Risk Transformation;

Execution of client engagements in the above topics, reporting to Manager or Senior Manager on a day-to-day basis and as part of assignment delivery Helping Management with business development activities (e.g. pursuits, proposals, events, thought leadership etc.). Contribute, through strong client engagement delivery, the identification, nurturing and management of client relationships as part of our team Effectively draft key engagement deliverables, workpapers, for Manager / Senior Manager review. Adhere to risk management procedures and quality standards throughout assignment client engagement delivery Fostering and developing strong networks (local, area, global) with key service line champions in the global firm

Skills and Attributes for Success   To qualify for the role, you must have:

Experience working in an IT risk and control environment at Consultant or preferably Senior Consultant level or equivalent. University graduate preferably from Computer Science/Information Technology background. Minimum of 2+ years of experience of consulting experience in Resilience or Operational/IT Risk Management or Cyber.  Also experience in IT, project management, service delivery, regulatory etc. is of relevance.

Big 4 consulting experience and training Knowledge of relevant regulation and guidelines impacting the financial services industry in particular AI Governance, DORA, Operational Resilience, Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Management Financial services industry experience, i.e. retail
