Every day, Global Payments makes it possible for millions of people to move money between buyers and sellers using our payments solutions for credit, debit, prepaid and merchant services.  Our worldwide team helps over 3 million companies, more than 1,300 financial institutions and over 600 million cardholders grow with confidence and achieve amazing results.  We are driven by our passion for success and we are proud to deliver best-in-class payment technology and software solutions.  Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow.  What you’ll own       Actively source, screen, and assess candidates from diverse channels to build a robust talent pipeline Leverage various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify qualified candidates Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and effectively match candidates Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the recruitment process, including candidate data and progress Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Talent Acquisition team Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and strategies What you’ll bring     Minimum of 1 year experience in sourcing, preferably within the  Human Resources & Recruitment  industry Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both candidates and internal stakeholders Ability to organize events for leads generation Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach Preferably with digital sourcing experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field This is a good opportunity to bring in some of our values and behaviors:      Think like a client: We care deeply about our clients' success. We’re looking for a Sourcing Associate to join our ever-evolving Customer Experience and Engagement team and help shape the future of global commerce.   What you’ll own      Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates Ask for referrals from internal and external networks Contact past applicants for new job opportunities Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill What you’ll bring     Graduates with no experience are welcome Preferably with at least 6 mos experience as sourcing associate (phone screener) Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases Good knowledge
