Manager, Vendor Outsourcing (Contract)

Mirum is seeking a Manager, Vendor Outsourcing, who will partner with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic outsourcing and draft, redline, review, negotiate and execute clear agreements with external business partners and providers. The types of agreements include a variety of commercial and clinical trial agreements, including but not limited to software licensing, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Manufacturing, Supply, Quality, Consulting Agreements and well as the full suite of Commercial agreements. This role will manage vendor relationship, including vendor selection and escalation. This role will also partner with Legal Contract team to finalize contract activities across multiple functions and domestic and international environments using an internal contract management system.
