Caterpillar is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Project Leader to join our corporate Global Facilities Planning team. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead the planning, design, and construction of major capital projects across North America and around the world. As a Senior Facilities Project Leader , you will be responsible for managing complex facilities initiatives including office developments, warehouse and distribution facilities, manufacturing support projects, workplace transformations, and other enterprise capital investments. You will partner closely with business leaders, engineering teams, consultants, contractors, and external service providers to deliver projects that enhance Caterpillar's operational capabilities and employee experience. This position requires a highly organized and strategic project leader who thrives in complex environments and can successfully manage multiple projects, stakeholders, budgets, schedules, and priorities simultaneously. You will interact with senior business leaders, Real Estate and Facilities teams, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and external partners while helping shape the future footprint of Caterpillar's global facilities portfolio. The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with experience leading large-scale capital projects, influencing diverse stakeholders, and driving execution across complex organizations.

Capital Project & Program Leadership Lead planning, design, construction, and occupancy activities for large-scale facilities capital projects. Manage multiple concurrent projects ranging from office renovations to major warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing support facilities with investments exceeding $10 million in construction value.
