Standard Job Description Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control's (LM MFC) Security team seeks security professionals to protect critical government capabilities that enable warfighter supremacy against peer and near-peer adversaries. In this role you will safeguard sensitive information and warfighting systems essential to U.S. and allied interests, working alongside other security experts and military personnel to provide a secure operating environment. You will leverage your education, experience, and Lockheed Martin resources to keep these capabilities protected in a fast-paced, real-world setting. Classified Cybersecurity helps secure state-of-the-art engineering and manufacturing systems by applying cutting edge cybersecurity principles, rising to the challenge of building a more secure world for the warfighter. This position will partner with the security team, program, and government customers to perform as Classified Cyber Security Technologist in Grand Prairie, TX or Orlando, FL. In this role, the selected individual will collaborate with a team of cybersecurity professionals and work closely with the Information System Security Managers (ISSM) to develop and implement comprehensive processes around software & container technical assessment, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring in air-gapped environments. The selected candidate will also help design and document advanced risk governance strategies for proactive monitoring of containers and free and open-source (FOSS) and/or locally-developed software. This position requires an understanding and development of security controls, as well as a mindset focused on automation-enabled cybersecurity for day-to-day activities. Basic Qualifications Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (Interim Secret required to start) Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity (or related discipline) from an accredited college with related professional experience, or Master's degree in Cybersecurity DoD 8140/8570 IAT/M or IASAE Level-II Certification, such as: CASP CE, CISSP, CISSP Associate, or CSSLP. Experience with developing, reviewing, and maintaining RMF artifacts Experience with classified information system auditing and investigations Desired Skills Experience assessing and hardening container images, analyzing scan results, and managing the remediation of identified vulnerabilities Experience performing static application security testing (SAST), analyzing findings, and managing the remediation of source-code vulnerabilities Experience performing technical vetting of software, including identifying installation and execution privilege requirements, required network ports and protocols, created file types, software dependencies and add-ins, and licensing or service-agreement requirements Experience evaluating free and open-source software (FOSS), including assessing provenance, licensing obligations, dependencies, known vulnerabilities, project maintenance, update availability, and security remediation requirements Experience establishing and administering secure source-code repositories and container registries, including access controls, versioning, image hashing and integrity verification, and integration of continuous vulnerability scanning and remediation workflows Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
