Working together, let’s put our time and talents together to advance human health for tomorrow.  Learn about the  Danaher Business System  which makes everything possible.  We are currently seeking an Automation Product Manager, Japan who will be responsible for leading market strategy, portfolio growth, and commercialization planning for Beckman Coulter Life Sciences' Automation portfolio in Japan. This position is part of the Japan Marketing team located in Tokyo, Japan and will be remote. In this role, you will be responsible for: Lead market assessment, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, positioning, and marketing strategy development for the Automation portfolio in Japan to identify growth opportunities and support business planning. Create and execute launch plans for new products and applications while driving the successful commercialization of the Automation portfolio in collaboration with global product management teams. Drive business performance through market analysis, competitive assessment, customer insights, forecasting, pricing strategy, and portfolio management. Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for Japan market requirements through close partnership with global stakeholders to influence product roadmap and business strategy. Partner with Commercial Marketing by providing customer insights, market intelligence, positioning, and value propositions to support demand generation and commercialization activities. Develop and deliver product, application, and commercial training programs that enable sales teams and channel partners to succeed. Partner effectively with Sales, Field Applications, Service, Commercial Marketing, RA/QA, Supply Chain, and Global Business Units to achieve business objectives and customer success. The essential requirements for the job include: Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline. 5+ years of product management or product marketing experience within the life sciences industry. Experience developing and executing marketing strategies, market development initiatives, and go-to-market plans for scientific instruments, automation solutions, or related technologies, with the ability to understand customer research workflows and scientific applications. Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize market, financial, and commercial data to drive business decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel up to 10-15% domestically and internationally as required.
