Consultant III

In this role, t he Consultant III will be joining a team committed to driving operational excellence and fostering collaborative partnerships to support the success of our projects and initiatives within Health Plan Operations, specifically Health Plan Member Services. This role requires a unique blend of project management skills that drive results, data analysis expertise that informs decision-making, and the ability to bring people together to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Our team strives to ensure that our front lines staff and partners have the support they need to thrive in their roles as they support our customers who interact with the Member Services Contact Center. To be successful, the Consultant III will leverage project management skill sets, process improvement principles, and data analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI. Furthermore, this role will involve working with Microsoft Power Platform business applications such as Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Serves as part of a consulting team to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects. Provides insight and supports the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state. Supports strategic planning and organizational alignment and prioritization of business initiatives. Manages moderately complex projects or project components, participates in change management activities, and performs data analyses in support of business initiatives. Supports vendor management as required. Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
