You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Regulatory Reporting. You have found the right team. As an Associate of Pillar 3 Reporting within the Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) team, you will lead the reporting of the Pillar 3 disclosure framework and collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner with colleagues across Corporate Finance, Risk functions, and the Firm’s Line of Business (LOB).
Job Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with Basel III requirements and other relevant regulatory standards. Oversee the preparation and submission of Pillar 3 report, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Collaborate with various lines of business, Regulatory Controllers, and SEC reporting teams to gather data and produce Pillar 3 disclosure. Prepare the materials for the Certification, Sr. Management meetings and present the report and summary of key items and changes quarter over quarter. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Pillar 3 reporting process. Ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting control and governance framework Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in financial reporting, risk management, or a related field, with a strong focus on regulatory reporting. In-depth knowledge of Basel III requirements and Pillar 3 disclosure standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders. Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities: A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, MBA) is preferred Familiarity with w-Desk application preferred Knowledge of Regulatory Capital and RWA, US GAAP is an advantage
